12 Day LOVE YOURSELF Challenge


Day 1- Smile in the mirror each morning and say out loud 3 things you like about yourself

Day 2- Smile at a minimum of 5 strangers

Day 3- Compliment yourself

Day 4- Write down something nice about yourself and tape it to your mirror or wall/ carry it in your pocket

Day 5- DO something that makes you happy . Be active for 30 minutes

Day 6- Be PROUD of something you did that day, and tell someone you love about it

Day 7- Reward yourself for finishing a task, or for just being *Fantastic!

Day 8- Don't compare yourself to others, and if you do- follow up with a self compliment

Day 9- Compliment someone else // Random Act of Kindness :)

Day 10- Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done

Day 11- Create and recite a positive mantra / motto

Day 12- Turn off your cell phone and social media for ___ minutes and just RELAX
