Similar to a fidget ring, the LARGE bead at the end of the strand is meant to provide soothing relief during stressful or anxiety provoking situations (Add a textured bead for more sensory activation). Paired with deep breathing and a personal Mantra, this creative activity can be used anywhere and is great for those classroom or work jitters.  Simply wrap the strand around your wrist when not in use, and unravel when your warning signs begin to creep up!
