Aromatherapy for Beginners

Many people are beginning to see the true effectiveness of using essential oils as a healthy and safe alternative for many day to day remedies. They can aid in soothing anxiety, attention difficulties, minor aches and pains, tension and colds.

I have recently started to create a variety of roller ball scents, room sprays, scented shower tabs, and vapor rubs. Below, you will see some of the various blends that I have for purchase. You can also use the recipes to make your own! Spreading the awareness of how easy and simple the use of essentials can be is half of the battle.

Scented Sensory Beads are great for those children out of the "put all small objects in my mouth phase" and can also be purchased via email.
